WE'VE OBVIOUSLY REFITTED VERY STYLISTIC BUILDING TO, YOU KNOW, TO CURRENT WITH THE TWO TENANTS AND HAVE PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE FRONT EDGES WITH ESPECIALLY CANOPY AND ENTRANCES TO BOTH THE NORTH AND WEST. SO HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE.

THE NEW BUILDING DESIGN WOULD KEEP THE STONE BASE AROUND THE CAVA SIDE OF THE BUILDING ON THE EAST AND THE SHAKE SHACK SIDE ON THE WEST WILL HAVE NEW THIN BRICK VENEER INSTALLED AT THE BASE THERE.

ALL THE EXISTING BRICK WILL REMAIN AND PROPOSING TO PAINT IT BLACK.

THE EXISTING LANDSCAPING WILL BE KEPT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE EAST FACADE OF THE BUILDING AND THERE ARE FIVE EXISTING TREES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING.

THEY'RE NOT CALLED OUT AS EXISTING ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SO THOSE WERE TWO REMAINING QUESTIONS WE HAD WHERE, YOU KNOW, WHAT WILL BE PLANTED IN PLACE OF AND MAKING SURE THAT THOSE EXISTING MAT MATURE TREEE SAFE.
